1 Day Nairobi National Park : Nairobi National Park is located in south of Nairobi, central Kenya and ranks the first park to be established in Kenya region in 1946 making it the Oldest of all the Kenya’s national park. This park

lies outside and close to Nairobi city center just 7km. Nairobi National Park covers an area of about 117 square kilometers and sits about 5000-6,000 feet above the sea level.

The Park is positioned in Kenya, East African country with coastline in the Indian Ocean and it’s the smallest park among other Kenya’s game park.

Nairobi National park is a popular site for Black Rhino sanctuary and the best place to see number of wildlife including endangered black rhinos, buffaloes, cheaters, lions, giraffes, zebras, elands, leopard

(Four of the Big Five can only be seen) and diverse birdlife over 400 species with high concentration of Ostriches.

Other animals include Nile Crocodile, hippos along River Embakasi Kenya has different areas for tourists to explore the country like over; 23 national park, game reserves and sanctuaries;

Detailed itinerary

1 day Nairobi National Park for game drive.

You will start your 1 day Nairobi National Park as early as possible at 7am, where you will be picked by company representative from the hotel of residence or airport (You can do a one day Nairobi national park in the morning or in the afternoon) After breakfast you will go with a packed lunch from any hotel (if you would like to do full

day game drives) and drive to Nairobi National Park which is a short drive of 7kilometers south of Nairobi from the busy city covering 4-5 hours. The park offers particularly different views as the city scrapers and buildings are beautifully landscaped for the national park.

Nairobi National park is home rich in vast of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and a diverse birdlife with over 400 species recorded. You can choose to do either half day or full day game drives and later, late in the evening exit the park around 6 pm and then proceed to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at the airport or your hotel. The tour can also include visiting the animal orphanage at the game park. End of the safari.
